At Pak Scrubs, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide exchanges under specific conditions to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

  • The request is submitted within 7 working days of receiving your order (via email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp).

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn, with its original packaging and tags intact.

  • The item is free from any stains, perfumes, odors, or signs of wear.

Note: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for exchange. If an item bought at regular price later goes on sale, it will only be exchanged at the sale price.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to request an exchange.

  2. State the reason for your exchange and provide order details.

  3. Send the item back to our office address or arrange for a courier return with our assistance.

  4. Once approved, our team will confirm your exchange request and guide you through the next steps.

Pak Scrubs reserves the right to accept or decline exchange requests at its sole discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product, the wrong size, or an item other than the one you ordered, please notify our customer service team within 2 working days of receiving your parcel.

After review, you will receive a replacement or a store credit coupon of equal value (valid only for our online store). Please allow up to 7 working days for processing claims.

Important Notes

  • Pak Scrubs follows a strict ‘No Refund’ policy. Cashbacks or direct refunds are not available.

  • Exchanges are only processed once the returned product has passed our quality inspection.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges may apply unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.
